With us, we bring more than 30 years of sailing experience. Having worked with crew of various nationalities, we can now tackle varying mindsets with conviction and lead them to common end.
It is after a respectable stint on board that we felt the need to bring some harmony into the already chaotic environ of crew management.
During our onboard stint into various ranks and with various employers/companies, we observed that the demands for seafarers are increasing nowadays. Although the companies are willing to spend mega bucks on their development and growth, they are still unable to meet the expectations of the seafarers. Retention or the rate of attrition is the buzz word.
Marine Solutionz came to fore to help companies augment and retain their most important asset i.e. seafarers.
