The Sports City shall comprise of Sports Infrastructure on a land area of 50 acres and Real Estate on an area of 122 acres. The project includes Development of Sports Infrastructure on Built & Transfer (BT) basis to be handed over to the Sports Authority within a period of 3 years and Development of Real Estate which includes 9-hole golf course, 5 star hotel, residential and commercial facilities on Built Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis.
