Uttam (Bharat) Electricals (P) Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer of Power and Distribution Transformers from 5 KVA to 15000 KVA upto 11-22-33 KV Class, Single & Three Phase, having an annual turnover of approx Rs. 100 crores, with maximum production at 880MVA. With its customer oriented and quality centric approach, known for its after-sales services, UTTAM is one of the renowned Transformer manufacturers of the nation.
From a humble beginning in 1983, UTTAM has come a long way with its state of art manufacturing units spread over an area of 21000 sq meters and constructed area of around 60,000 sq ft with over 200 workers and employees.
The company has been meeting specific customer requirement such as single phase/three phase, Copper/Aluminium, Wound core/Stack core, CRGO core/Amorphous core, Dual-Ratio Transformer, Furnace Transformer, Transformer with OLTC or conversion of existing transformer to any voltage ratio.
It will not be out of place to state here that over 25% of the company's turnover is from supplies to private industries/ commercial establishments. The Company has also exported Transformers to Jordan, Nigeria, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Ghana and Nepal. In a span of 30 years, the company has supplied over 1,15,000 power and distribution transformers of various ratings and voltages to the best satisfaction of users in India and various state electricity boards, Govt. & Semi Govt. Departments such as DGS&D, Coalfields, Vestas and turnkey operators like ABB, Siemens, Punj Lloyd, Genus, YGC, Vindhya Telelinks, Rohini Industries, Shreem Electricals and other Industries, Housing/ Commercial Complex, Utilities etc.
UTTAM Make transformers are approved by Telecom, CPWD, MES, Railways, PWD and various utilities and state electricity Boards. The company has sophisticated machinery facilities to design, manufacture & test transformers upto 15000kVA as per IS2026, BS-171, IEC-76, CBIP etc. Transformers up to 8000 KVA rating 33 KV Class have been successfully type tested for short circuit & impulse test and heat run test at CPRI and other government approved laboratories. We have been given SE1B rating by CRISIL, which denotes a high performance capability and high financial strength adjudged in relation to others SSI's We consider quality improvement as a continuous process and have tried our best to make quality our obsession and customer satisfaction our main objective.
