Since its inception in 1991, the company has successfully delivered high performance chemicals under the brand name of CRISTOL™ to diversified markets including oil – upstream and downstream, lubricants, polymers, water treatment, paints, pharmaceuticals, personal care and agrochemicals. Our company is ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified and is also REACH compliant. In addition, we have received a D & B Certification. We have a robust EHS policy that is based on global standards .We pride ourselves in being responsible and reliable partners to the clients we serve.

In recent years, we have witnessed unprecedented growth consistently achieving high double digit growth figures. Today, our Exports amount to more than 70% of our sales and our products are being used in 35 countries across 5 continents We have received 8 awards in the last 3 year including the Business Gaurav SME Award , voted “Best Medium Enterprise- Chemicals 2012”.

  • Production - Our state-of-the-art production facilities in Chiplun and Vasai in the state of Maharashtra on the west coast of India. These are equipped with up to date testing facilities for all raw materials and finished goods.
  • Research and development – In order to cater to the dynamic needs of our clients we invest heavily in R&D. Our R&D Centre in Dombilvli spread over also has pilot plants for scale ups. We also have in house expertise to customize products to meet client specifications.

We are headquartered in Mumbai, the economic capital of the country, and led by a management team with over 20 years of manufacturing experience in the field of specialty chemicals. We have about 225 employees who consistently follow international best practices to deliver quality, reliability and performance.
