The plant located on 50,000sqft area (Constructed Area 4,000sqft) in the Mandideep Industrial Area, near Bhopal, M.P., started production on 30th September 1986. In the initial phase the company was producing electrical stampings for small electric motors for domestic fans and pumps. The stampings were marketed by Integral Marketing Pvt. Ltd. based in Coimbatore.By 1989 the company had started taking orders from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Bhopal, Shakti Pumps India Pvt. Ltd., Pithampur, Kirloskar Pumps Ltd., Dewas and Hindustan Electro-Graphite’s (HEG) Ltd., Mandideep for producing stampings for armature stampings, transformer poles, submersible pumps and mono-block motorsBy 1997 the company started manufacture of Main Pole and Interpole assemblies for DC and Traction motors and started supplying primarily to Crompton Greaves Ltd. M7 (Motor) Division at Mandideep Bhopal. Since 1998 VA Tech Hydro India Pvt. Ltd. was also a client of the company.Over the last 9 years, the company has increased its capacity further by addition of a Projection Welding machine, 150-ton Hydraulic press, mechanical press, two radial drills and an additional 150-ton capacity power press.Since its inception, the company has moved from one segment to another- electric stampings for small motors to high capacity and heavy motors; as well as undergone a vertical integration- from just stampings to complete pole assemblies.
