Mr. Jignesh Shah formed Financial Technologies (India) Ltd. (FTIL) in 1994 with two other colleagues. Initially involved in consultancy for setting up electronic trading rooms, Financial Technologies today is a global leader in creating and operating technology-centric financial exchanges (markets) for multi-asset classes.
