The Fusion Tea Room was created in April 2010 by Thomas and Theann Egbert. We began this journey with the idea of being a premium herbal tea company. We wanted to change the perception herbal teas received. They aren't just when we need a particular medicinal benefit. Actually, if taken in only this matter it is more than likely not going to live up to the expectation but, I digress. As we stumbled through our first year we learned a great deal about ourselves, our business and our wonderful fans. As we learned more and more about the tea plant, the history, and the life sustaining benefits, we couldn't leave it out of our collection. We love that we are unique. We don't want to blend in with all the other premium tea companies. If it wasn't for discovering Yerba Mate we would not have been inspired to create and offer our collection to you. The way we want to approach our companies evolution is simple. Every single blend we have in our collection holds the same importance than any other. Herbal teas are amazing and should be treated that way.

Our passion for herbal tea and our pursuit of happiness inspired us to create and share our collection of premium loose herbal tea as well as our experience. Now that we have a passion for regular tea, we want to share that passion with you. We believe tea should be enjoyed by everyone. Premium loose tea shouldn't come with a premium price. Being a small family online business helps to keep our costs low so that we can pass the savings down to you the customer. By creating a personal relationship, we want you to feel as if you have a say in how we run our company. In addition to our virtual tea room here we have a physical showroom as well. We are located in a north east suburb of Dallas Texas called McKinney. We also continue to participate in many local events.
