Overview
Ingredients:
- 2 servings yoplait fat free light strawberry yogurt
- 8 oz fat free whipped topping
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, egg whites and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Fold in one 6 oz carton of yogurt.
- Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cookingspray. Bake at 350 deg. for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
- Place remaining yogurt in a small bowl; fold in the 8 oz. of whipped topping. Spread over cake. *KEEP STORED IN REFRIGERATOR*
