I start leveling my first proffesion and receive new level and a person say"Gratulation" and I was going to say thank you but I cant! Now I know what mute means so I start googling how I can get unmute. I dont anythink except original forum in which it is just how you can get eloquent but nothing else. Then I discovered one article here and get on page of"Account settings" and find account status... Permanatly muted?
So because there is proof button I press it to find out what I have done (Yes I clicked on"Yes, I want to observe the signs") Answer? Offence Information.
